Once you've created your Strydal channel, it's time to upload some on-demand videos for your members!
You can upload them in two different ways: via your computer's web browser, or on the Strydal iOS App using your iPhone or iPad.
Important: videos cannot be larger than 10GB. Strydal accepts any file format. We transcode to either 180p or 540p, and keep the original framerate.

Step 1: On your 'Creator Account' page, click on the Videos tab.
Step 2: Click on 'Upload Video'.
Step 3: Drag and Drop or use the upload button. Before you upload your videos, please make sure that you did the necessary post-production (more info here).
Step 4: Fill out the information about the video. The video description is visible for your members when they browse your on-demand library. Make sure the description includes everything and anything a member should be aware of before they select the on-demand video.
Step 5: Decide if you want to display the video to your members now or hide it for later.
Step 6: Upload a thumbnail for the video. A thumbnail acts as a cover image to your video: here you can customize and even add text if and when appropriate.
Step 1: Login to the app.
Step 2: Tap the on-demand button found on the menu bar.
Step 3: Tap the (+) icon found in the top right-hand corner.
Step 4: Allow access to your media library.
Step 5: Select the desired video (must be 10GB or smaller).
Step 6: Fill out the required fields.
Step 7: Select upload button and wait (please make sure you have enough battery on your phone).
Step 8: You'll get a pop-up screen when the upload was successful.
Step 9: Wait for the Strydal Team to approve (24hrs during working hours, Monday to Friday).
Step 10: Manage your videos via web-browser (here you can choose if it is available to your members to see, update a title etc.)
If you have any issues while uploading videos on your device, please email the Strydal Team at support@strydal.com with a screenshot of the error message and a detailed description of what occurred, in addition to what device and version you are using.
